Once we developed concepts that incorporated the needs of the user, we assembled a focus group of three seniors to give feedback on our ideas. For each concept, we presented sketches along with a brief scenario of use and then asked a lead question to begin the discussion. Below is a list of needs grouped with their lead questions.
